As a coach with 10+ years in the rehab space, I’m an expert in running injuries and have taken my clients all the way from barely able to run a few minutes because of an injury to being happy, motivated and running magical races.

  • The specifics in this class will be about the tail end of training for Springtime Surprise with discussion of the 10-miler and 3-course back-to-back race day as opposed to the beginning part of training.

  • Yep! Come for as much as you can and then watch the rest on the recording.

  • Yes! Depending on the injury you may still be able to race (talk to your personal healthcare provider for your case). And we’ll go over symptom management and how to optimize training to get you across the finish if you’re allowed to race.
