got a question? I bet I have an answer!

I show runDisney’ers with injuries how to cross the finish line without taking more time off to rest.

first, check out these frequently asked questions

Can I still work with you if I don’t live local?

Yes! I work with clients exclusively online/virtually. All coaching calls are via video calls and communications are via forms or emails.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes! After the initial 3 month program the program is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time after that. The initial 3- month program is nonrefundable and any completed months are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time after the first 3 months and you won’t be charged further.

How much time will I need to work with you?

To see noticeable improvement it will take at least 3 months, this is why the initial program is a 3 month commitment. After that I recommend staying in the program until 2 weeks after your goal race.

Is this physical therapy?

This is not physical therapy. I take my background from getting my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree to modify exercises and training plans to help injuries recover, though this is a personal training and nutrition coaching program.

What can I expect working with you?

When we work together you can expect a deep dive into your injury, going into all the ins and outs from when it started to what you’ve done to try to heal it, and a complete overhaul of your race training program. We work on the 6 main elements that go into a positive training program to balance out recovery and training. These are: strength, training, recovery, equipment, stretching and diet/nutrition. From my experience no single runner’s recovery is exactly the same and we will work together to make sure you are incorporating the right parts of each of these elements to make sure your routine is balanced.
