Stronger. Faster. Finisher.
Cross the finish line ahead of the balloon ladies with time for character stops along the way. Built for the 13-16+ minute/mile runDisney runner who's ready to stop worrying about getting swept and start finishing strong.
If you found me through the podcast — welcome back. You already know this is for you. If you're new here, here's what you need to know about how I coach:
I don't believe in running more miles to get faster
I believe in run/walk intervals done strategically, not just thrown in as an afterthought
I train runners who start in Corral G and want to stay way ahead of the balloon ladies — not chase a BQ
I build plans around your pace, your life, and the reality of what runDisney actually requires
If that resonates — keep reading. This program was built for you.

Does this sound familiar?
Right now, you’re doing everything you’re supposed to
You’re doing the training.
You’re getting the miles in.
Checking off the workouts.
Showing up week after week.
But if you’re being honest…
You’re still petrified you’ll get swept by the balloon ladies or feel rushed skipping all the characters, castles and magic
You’re not sure if your pacing is fast enough.
You don’t know if your fueling is right.
And there’s always that question in the back of your mind… Is this actually going to work on race day?
After coaching hundreds of runners, I can tell you with complete confidence that the problem isn’t that you’re not training enough, it’s that your training isn’t specific enough to what YOU need.
The plans you’ve been following got you here.
They helped you build consistency, complete the miles, maybe even finish a race.
But they were general training plans designed to help you get started, not help you get faster, get more character stops, and get across the finish line well ahead of the balloon ladies.
So now you’re at the point where:
You’re doing the runs, but don’t know if you’re going the right pace
You’re using run/walk, but not sure if it’s actually helping you improve
You’re following the plan, but still second-guessing if it’s enough to get you across the finish line
Because those plans tell you:
👉 How far to run
👉 How long to run
…but not:
👉 How to run it for your pace
👉 How to adjust when things feel off
👉 How to turn all of this into a strong race day
So you keep following the plan, and still feel unsure if all your training will actually pay off to get you across the finish line and have time for character stops.
Introducing… Stronger.Faster.Finisher.
That’s exactly why Stronger.Faster.Finisher.™ exists.
This is a 7-month coaching program designed specifically for slow, back-of-the-pack runDisney runners who want to train with confidence and show up to race day knowing they’ll finish way ahead of the balloon ladies and enjoy all the magic.
So you can stay ahead of the balloon ladies, have time for character stops, and actually enjoy every mile.

“I felt like I came into the program not sure I could do it but was willing to try. Quickly I realized that I liked the way that things were programmed… easy to follow and easy to ask questions. I found quickly that I was making progress and by the end had made big progress. Overall the title of the program says it all, I am stronger and am faster and will finish!”
— Amanda M
-
“Instead of a hyper focus on speed, Dr. Ali is focused on training for athletes who are more focused on just getting across the finish line strong and within the time limits. This alignment with my goals set me up for success.”
— Laura

The right pacing
…And a plan that actually fits your life
And that’s exactly what this gives you
So instead of wondering if you’re going to finish ahead of the balloon ladies and still have time to stop for the characters you love, you just follow the plan and know you will finish strong.
Imagine going into your runDisney race knowing:
Exactly what pace you need to run to stay ahead of the balloon ladies
Exactly how and when to fuel so you have steady energy from start to finish
How to use your run/walk intervals so you’re not falling behind or overdoing it
How to build in space during your race so you’re not rushing past all characters and everything you wanted to experience
And instead of feeling rushed the entire race… you can settle in, trust your plan, and actually enjoy it… taking in all the magic
Because you’re not standing on that start line hoping it all works out.
You know exactly what you’re going to do.
You’re standing there knowing:
I am strong.
I am fast.
I am a finisher.
Here's how support works inside SFF:
You don't need someone in your ear every day to get great results. You need the right plan, clear direction, and a coach to answer questions when things come up. That's exactly what this gives you.
Weekly group coaching call where you can ask questions, troubleshoot your training, and get guidance alongside other runners who get it
Voxer access for simple check-ins between calls (how training is feeling, basic recovery questions, minor schedule shifts)
A smart training schedule that handles routine adjustments for you automatically so you're never stuck wondering what to do when life gets in the way
What this isn't: daily 1-on-1 attention or a plan that gets overhauled every week. Most runners don't need that. They need the right structure from the start… and that's what this gives you.
If you do need frequent, individualized adjustments week to week, my 1-on-1 coaching might be a better fit.
Who This Is For
Stronger. Faster. Finisher.™ is for you if:
You run 13-16+ min/mile paces
You get placed in corrals C to I and think about the balloon ladies more than you’d like
You’ve finished races feeling rushed
You’re ready to consistently set aside time to train each week
You use run/walk and aren’t quite sure if you’re doing it right
You love runDisney races but don’t always feel like you fit in with “traditional” runners
And especially if…
You’ve thought about hiring a coach before, but:
Most coaching feels geared toward faster runners
Other coaches focus on PRs, pace goals, and Boston Qualifiers
It doesn’t account for how runDisney races actually work
It doesn’t consider things like pacing for your corral, managing the course, or building in time for the experience
Or it just doesn’t feel like they knew how to work with someone at your pace
This program is built specifically for you if you’re training for races like:
Princess
Wine & Dine
Marathon Weekend
Springtime Surprise
…and you want a plan that actually understands:
early wake-ups
corrals and pacing requirements
run/walk strategy
and how to approach your race so you can enjoy it… including things like character stops or castle photos along the way
This is not for you if:
You're still figuring out how to fit running into your life consistently
You want someone checking in on you every day
You're looking for a plan you can negotiate with
You haven't listened to the podcast yet (start there first. It'll make everything inside this program click)
You're in the middle of an injury that needs hands-on, week-to-week medical guidance
You don’t need to do everything perfectly… but you do need a consistent rhythm for this to work.
This isn’t a “train every day” program. But it does require consistency.
What Training Inside This Program Actually Looks Like
-
Most runners inside Stronger.Faster.Finisher.™ are training:
3-4 days of running per week
(4 if you’re training for Dopey… otherwise 3)1-2 days of cross training
(walking, spin, elliptical, etc.)2-3 days of strength training
Short recovery work after workouts
(stretching, mobility, etc.)
-
At a minimum, you need:
3 consistent run days per week
A few minutes of stretching after your runs
That’s the baseline that allows this program to actually work. -
The runners who get the best results usually:
Run 3-4 days per week
Add in 1-2 cross training days
Strength train 2-3 days per week
Stretch for ~10 minutes after workouts
Do light recovery work after harder efforts
What happens if I miss workouts or fall behind?
Life happens. (Life gets lifey.)
You might miss a run.
A week might not go as planned.
Things will come up.
That doesn’t mean you’ve failed… and it doesn’t mean the plan stops working.
Inside Stronger.Faster.Finisher.™, you’ll have guidance on how to adjust when that happens so you can keep moving forward instead of starting over.
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about staying consistent over time… even when life gets in the way.
Why this works even if you’ve struggled before:
If you’ve followed a plan before and it didn’t quite work… you’re not alone.
You probably:
did the runs
followed the mileage
tried to stay consistent
And still ended up feeling like:
you were just getting through training
you weren’t sure if you were doing it right
race day felt harder than it should have
That doesn’t mean you failed. It means the plan you were following didn’t give you what you actually needed.
Most plans focus on:
how many miles to run
how many days to train
But they leave out the part that actually matters:
👉 how to train so you not only finish, but you get to enjoy the race
That’s where this is different.
Inside Stronger.Faster.Finisher.™, you’re not just checking off workouts.
You’re learning:
how to pace your runs so they actually build endurance and speed
how to use run/walk in a way that supports your race goals
how to adjust when something feels off instead of pushing through or stopping completely
This is what your past training was missing
-
“The biggest difference was both the progressive building plan of strength and speed and having a resource to help me modify any part of the plan when needed.”
— Page, Stronger.Faster.Finisher.™ client
-
“I followed some of the online programs out there… and even though I did everything exactly as written, the results weren’t what I expected. It was frustrating because it just didn’t feel like it was built for runners like me.”
— Laura, Stronger.Faster.Finisher.™ client
So instead of starting over every time something doesn’t go perfectly…
You’ll know:
What to adjust
What actually matters
And how to keep moving forward
That’s why this works… even if other plans haven’t. Because you’re not just following a plan anymore. You’re following a system that was built for how you actually run.
You don’t need to try harder this time… you need to do it differently.
